The last known sighting of GALLAGHER was at the four-way stop at the Main Street in Creighton, SK on Sunday the 6th of November, 2011. James GALLAGHER was trying to travel back to White Fox, SK. James GALLAGHER was driving a 2004 red Ford Ranger, Saskatchewan license plate 596GMT.

UPDATE ***On the 3rd of May, 2012, an off duty member returning to Pelican Narrows observed a red fender flare on the shore of McLurg Lake. Further Investigation revealed the truck of GALLAGHER was totally submerged 25 feet from the shore. James GALLAGHER was located deceased inside the vehicle.***
