On the 18th of June, 2012 at 1630 hours, Regina Police Service received a phone call from Floyd KAKAKAWAY reporting his brother Fred KAKAKAWAY missing. Floyd KAKAKAWAY advised that the last time he saw Fred KAKAKAWAY was early in the morning on the 14th of June, 2012 at 0600 hours. Fred told Floyd that he was headed to the Regent Park Safeway to look for cans. He hasn't returned home and no one has seen him since. Fred KAKAKAWAY is a diabetic.
