On the 27th of December, 2002, at approximately 09:00 a.m., Joe HEINDL was last seen by the Lakeshore IGA Food Store in Regina, SK. Mr. HEINDL was known to collect discarded items from around stores and other locations. His vehicle was located nearby, however, searches and investigations have failed to locate Joe HEINDL.
