On the 20th of February, 1993, William KACUIBA was operating a snow machine on the North Saskatchewan river near Prince Albert, SK. His snow machine went through open ice and searches of the water and area, including air searches, failed to locate his body.

2 cm scar on back of left wrist, 1.5 cm scar on back of 2nd and 3rd finger on left hand.
